SALONA 37IBC
Salona 37ibc

Salona's newest 37 footer, the Salona 37ibc, has been developed in cooperation with Germanische Lloyd to take advantage of the boatbuilder's implementation of vacuum infusion lamination technology. The result is a yacht with increased firmness and reduced weight.

Based upon the design of the Salona 37, the new yacht also sports carbon spars making this a powerfull sailer. The bedding of the stainless steel shrouds is embedded into the hull sides, which further increases the rigging efficiency.

The interiors also included innovative materials. To achieve additional bulk reductions, Salona used basalt, a black volcanic rock, for the bulkheads separating the saloon from the fore and aft cabins.

"Its natural beauty radiates the warmth of the earth's core," Salona's project leader says, "which is why we deployed its natural beauty into the design."

So far, we do not have any pictures of Salona's newest yacht. The picture shows the S37 - but the S37ibc pics will be loaded as soon as we get them!
