HUNTON RIB 904 - RIB 1005
This is what Hunton have done with the 904 RIB. The company then added tough, elegant tubes, well designed and solidly built fittings and voilà: a great family day boat, easy to manoeuvre and berth, light, fast and fun.
Hunton have since also added a second RIB: the 1005, with the same powerful hull and eye for detail in the fittings.
With forward and aft sunbeds, a light and airy cabin amidships that is large enough for the heads, a basin and shower and a comfortable helming position, Hunton’s RIBs bring comfortable luxury to one of the easiest classes of boat to own.
As in all Hunton boats, speed and power are there on tap. The RIBs can be configured to carry either inboard or outboard power plants, with a maximum power rating of 600hp.
On a lightweight boat like this, that translates to a top speed of up to 65 knots, cruising at 35 knots or more.
Owners can choose from a whole range of options: a stainless steel mast, teak decking, or a through-hull anchor among others. And, of course, the RIBs make perfect tenders to a superyacht!
